Day & Nite SOLAR LITE™ S Y S T E M
Better Light…Lower Cost…The Difference is Night & Day!

Interested in more bottom line profits? Want to reduce your lighting bill by more than 50% with better light? Any idea how much you spend on lighting now? Now you can eliminate hot burning, energy consuming Metal Halide Lamps or High Pressure Sodium.

Our Day & Nite Lighting systems are made up of two separate lighting systems, DAYLITER and NITELITER.

DAYLITER

The DAYLITER is a rooftop custom built lightwell incorporating a specialized lens that distributes glare and heat free diffused natural light allowing you to turn OFF your overhead lights during daytime hours. Sunlight is not required!

The DAYLITER is not a skylight. Here are some basic differences:

Not a skylight system.
No sunlight required.
Skylight
Generates heat gain
Poor, concentrated light “tunnel”
Heat loss
Requires sunlight
Supplements interior lights
Typically leak
DAYLITER
Eliminates heat gain
Broad, even light distribution
Eliminates heat loss
Exceptional performance on cloudy days
TURN OFF existing lights
Custom built
Bottom line, we can typically save you more than half of the cost to operate 400 or 1,000 watt light bulbs while dramatically improving the working environment for your employees.

NITELITER

The NITELITER system is an energy efficient industrial light fixture with an optional Fiberoptic Dimming Sensor. It can be integrated with the DAYLITER system to optimize the efficiency of the overall system, further reducing operational costs.

These ceiling mounted light fixtures replace your energy consuming Metal Halide or High Pressure Sodium lamps. The NITELITER is designed for use during evening hours when lighting is required. The NITELITER consists of energy efficient Linear Fluorescent lamps.

Features and Benefits include:

• Shallow (less than 4”) fixture depth allowing placement close to ceiling reducing
chance of damage incurred from fork lift equipment.
• Consumes 1/2 the energy of standard 400 watt metal halide and delivers comparable
  light levels when replaced one-for-one.
• The NL5 lamps last 20,000 hours and have a light loss factor of 95%. This means
the maintained light level will be higher than a 400W MH fixture.
• Occupancy sensor option instantly turns on the lights only when they are needed,
  providing further energy savings.
• Better color rendering index (CRI) than metal halide.
• Tool-less ballast access without removing lamps.

Contact us for more information. We also extend a welcome to visit the manufacturing facility located near Cleveland. This will show you how DAYLITER & NITE LITE systems operate compared to status quo systems that meet the demands of low upfront costs with high operational expense. We profile these systems in our 60,000 sq. ft. plant. Half the facility is set with typical high cost, hot burning HID lighting. The other half is fitted with our low cost, cool burning, energy efficient DAY & NITE SOLAR LITE system.
